Showgirl Summer School: Cabaret Ballet

Cabaret Ballet blends classical ballet technique with the more erotic styling of dancing in heels. Set to contemporary music, this intermediate-advanced class explores long lines, expressive port de bras, fluid movement, and sensual performance quality through choreography inspired by The Lolas’ cabaret style.

This 90-minute ballet-in-heels class is designed for dancer with at least intermediate heels + ballet experience. Dancers can expect:

• A thorough warmup + conditioning exercises to begin

• A playlist of more contemporary and popular music

• A choreographed combo fusing ballet technique + heels styling

Commercial booties or pumps are appropriate for this class.
